Advanced Education
In addition to the foregoing course offerings, CORE Institute will offer certification training in the following areas of specialization:

CORE Somatic Therapy
CORE Bodywork is a multiphase system of Connective Tissue Massage that promotes alignment, balance and integration of the human structure. Each phase, CORE Massage, CORE Myofascial Therapy, CORE Intrinsic Therapy, and CORE Integration Therapy, focuses on balancing progressively deeper layers of connective tissue and musculature.

Sportsmassage
An introduction to the application of massage, hydrotherapy and techniques used for muscular injuries incurred by both amateur and professional athletes is presented. Students learn Sportsmassage principles, techniques and its general application to all sports. Students will study Sportsmassage theory, timing, applied anatomy, basic cryotherapy, structure, technique, basic injury recognition, and flexibility and strength applications.

Neuromuscular Therapy (N.M.T.)
Neuromuscular Therapy is a highly effective treatment for the elimination of pain caused by soft tissue (muscular) injury, regardless of when the injury occurred. This specific and scientific approach to muscular pain relief will help to bring about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system.

Seated Massage
Seated Massage is a new and innovative form of massage therapy. Seated Massage is a treatment that can be performed on the client, fully clothed, and seated in a specially designed massage chair. Massage Therapy using the massage chair is geared toward bringing a 15-minute massage energizing stress-breakî to the workplace.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CORE
Institute will also provide Continuing Education in various disciplines, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage, Advanced Sportsmassage, Deep Tissue Massage and Structural Bodywork. Only America's top instructors will offer weekend and week-long seminars and workshops for the Licensed Massage Therapist. CORE Institute will also serve as a graduate center for education and research in the area of neuro-somatic studies.

CORE Institute is an approved Continuing Education provider with the Florida Board of Massage Therapy, and is an approved "Category A" Provider with the N.C.B.T.M.B.
